If you have health issues that you actually want fixed DONT come here. The nurses doctors and front desk staff don’t care about any of these patients. i’ve been to multiple appointments as a guest, witnessing the shady shit they do to their patients. stringing them along, canceling and rescheduling without notice, charging when told you won’t be, half ass advice/help. They ask you how your feeling and don’t actually care, they schedule doctors appointments for when the doctors aren’t even here. The doctors DO NOT follow up, prescribe DIFFERENT meds so frequently that they make you feel like a science experiment. Mention dangerous side affects “oh you should stop taking that” just for him to try and prescribe it again a month later! Need a lawyer? They have them! But they don’t care to follow up, nor put effort to help, even when speaking in person. Need a therapist? you can be put on the waitlist for either someone who tells you she can’t help you because you’re “too much” or wait for 2+ years to be seen! Have a tooth that’s hurting you? they’ll just pull it with just a numbing shot and then leave behind tooth fragments, that later cause an infection! This clinic wants to make it s

I had the opportunity to use La Vida Program legal services. There I met the most professional and caring person, she was my legal advocate through everything (process). She made sure the process wasn’t overwhelming and prioritized my hectic life to fit this process. She was my voice for making sure it was heard and protected me from anything I didn’t agree to, making sure I got what I asked for. Overall this is a process I would do again with her in a heart beat. Thank you for being our voice when we thought we would never be heard. Forever grateful.. Keep doing the excellent work, and advocating for those who are to afraid of speaking up for themselves.

Dr. Hall saw me promptly. He thoroughly explained the meaning behind the numbers from my lab results and congratulated me on my progress. We also discussed needed upcoming exams and the pros & cons of different medications. I felt seen and valued as a patient. Dr Hall is an excellent physician and a wonderful ambassador for CHASS.

Over 20 years of excellent service by Doctors, Pharmacy and Blood draw station. I always call Pharmacy directly to fill my medications, never a problem. Doctors outstanding professional service, I've referred 3 friends. All have become long time patients like me. Folks that complain need to learn the system, phone calls are important. Looking forward to the Gordie Howe Bridge walk, hopefully Chass plans this soon.

I’m not usually the type of person to write reviews, as I strongly believe in second chances and that mistakes can happen. However, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue. I have been a CHASS patient for 23 years, and it is extremely disappointing and frustrating how long it takes to receive a medication refill—especially for mental health. I suffer from depression and high anxiety and have been on Lexapro for the past five years. This is an ongoing medication that I requested to be renewed before I ran out. Despite requesting the refill in advance, I did not receive any response. I have now been without my medication for four days and am experiencing withdrawal symptoms, including chills, dizziness, and nausea. This situation could have been completely avoided with timely communication and follow-through. Mental health medications are not optional, and delays like this can have serious consequences for patients. I have proof of the dates I requested the refill, and I truly hope this is addressed so other patients do not have to go through the same experience.
